Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure Health Journey Success

I finally got all my numbers in check and figured out the diet/exercise combination that works for me. It has taken several years of trial and error to get here but it feels great to finally be in control of my health.

I am writing this to help everyone who needs assistance finding the food products and supplements that are not that well known and of course are not being shared by the medical establishment.

My doctors have all prescribed and pushed pharmaceuticals to treat basic health conditions that can be prevented by diet/exercise and also aided by supplements. After I noticed how this game was being played I took it upon myself to research and find out the best solutions for my health and well-being.

I am not completely anti-medication because in dire situations it is very important to have something synthetic that can work to stabilize things. Also, please do this in concert with your doctor to make sure you don’t conflict with any other meds you are taking.

Here is what I found. All supplements and foods can be found on Amazon or any health food store:

For blood sugar support and to treat diabetic conditions:
Supplements:
Berberine
D-Chiro-Inositol

Diet:
Keto diet of low carbs and more protein and fat
Substitute all sugar with stevia, monk fruit, erythritol, or allulose
Substitute all wheat and flour with cassava flour, tapioca flour, almond flour
Substitute bread with Ezekiel bread
Good Good jelly

Desserts:
Nicks ice cream
Nicks protein bars
Good Good protein bars
Peanut butter and Libbys chocolate chips

For blood pressure support
Supplements:
NOW brand Blood pressure support pills
Magnesium (small doses, half the pill)
Potassium
Beetroot

Diet:
Little to no salt
