Establish your own emotional set point each day. When you wake up meditate, chant and clear your mind of thought. Allow the higher vibrations to come in. Find general things to appreciate. Then focus on what you want to do for the day. When you feel resistance, relax slow the momentum by removing yourself from the moment and go for a walk or take a nap. Start back into the day by generally appreciating again and build positive momentum. Return to your tasks that you set out to work on with a mindset of ease. When you get ready for bed find general things to appreciate and use mantras to clear your mind and slow the rhythm of the day.
